Key Responsibilities

  • To deliver a specialist clinical pharmacy service within the agreed standard of pharmaceutical care for the identified patient population, safely, effectively and within the defined limits of responsibility, resources and activity.
  • To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, and to contribute to the development of policies and procedures.

Requirements

The post holder will be required to have a PVG Scheme membership/record. If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group, an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post.

Working Arrangements

The post is based at Allermuir Health Centre and Pennywell All Care Centre. The successful candidate will be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.
