The Cosmetics Company Stores are the retail arm of Estée Lauder Companies, offering a premium beauty experience to customers. We are seeking a Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving sales and customer service targets
- Lead by example, providing inspirational and personalized customer service
- Coach and mentor team members to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation
- Open and close the store on a rota basis
Requirements:
- Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others
- A passion for providing inspirational and personalized customer service
- An approachable and friendly personality
- Confidence in speaking to customers and understanding their needs
- Flexible availability across days and hours
- Proof of right to live and work in the country
