Job Overview:

Kings College Hospital is seeking a highly experienced professional to join our team as a patient experience improvement director.

The postholder will be responsible for leading our patient services team and driving improvements in patient experience across our different sites.

Key Objectives:

  • To develop and implement strategies to improve patient experience.
  • To work closely with patients, carers and communities to involve them and improve the quality of services at Kings College Hospital.
  • To project manage multiple projects and deliver results-oriented outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Educated to master's degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Evidence of recent role-related or continued professional development.

Key Skills:

  • Substantial previous experience of leading a team in a patient experience or customer service in the public or private sector.
  • Experience of collecting, analysing and presenting highly complex data in a variety of reports and media, including oral presentations suitable for the audience.
  • Experience of situational leadership, human resource management and people development.

Salary: £61,927 - £68,676 per annum inc HCA's
