Customer Service Improvement Director

Job Overview:
Kings College Hospital is seeking a highly experienced professional to join our team as a patient experience improvement director.
The postholder will be responsible for leading our patient services team and driving improvements in patient experience across our different sites.
Key Objectives:
- To develop and implement strategies to improve patient experience.
- To work closely with patients, carers and communities to involve them and improve the quality of services at Kings College Hospital.
- To project manage multiple projects and deliver results-oriented outcomes.
Requirements:
- Educated to master's degree level or equivalent experience.
- Evidence of recent role-related or continued professional development.
Key Skills:
- Substantial previous experience of leading a team in a patient experience or customer service in the public or private sector.
- Experience of collecting, analysing and presenting highly complex data in a variety of reports and media, including oral presentations suitable for the audience.
- Experience of situational leadership, human resource management and people development.
Salary: £61,927 - £68,676 per annum inc HCA's
