Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Operations Director to lead our European Care operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service management, with experience in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve care performance across Europe.
  • Lead a team of care managers to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Maintain and improve relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and BI tools, such as Zendesk and Looker.

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location: London, UK (HQ).
