Guest Services Supervisor

About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Guest Services Supervisor to join our Front Office team at COMO The Halkin. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the department, ensuring that all guest requests are met with a high level of service and efficiency.
- You will lead by example, demonstrating your passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.
- Assessing guest issues promptly and taking corrective action to ensure guest satisfaction is key to your success in this role.
- You will oversee the handling of special room requests, accommodation needs, and billing instructions, ensuring seamless communication between departments.
- Special attention will be given to VIP guests and long-stay guests, ensuring their stay is nothing short of exceptional.
- As a supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team, motivating them to achieve higher levels of performance, and providing coaching to enhance their skills.
- Reviewing group arrivals and liaising with Reservations will be crucial in achieving excellent service standards.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a team.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.

Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
