About This Role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to lead our team in an exceptional care home based in the Cambridge area. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will work closely with residents and their families to deliver high-quality care.

Job Summary

  • Lead a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care to adults aged 65+
  • Develop well-structured care plans and risk assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Maintain accurate documentation and resident records, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency
  • Oversee medicine management on your shift, adhering to company policies and legislation
  • Make timely decisions and provide guidance to team members

Requirements

  • Current active NMC Pin and Registered Nurse qualification
  • Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively at all levels
  • Awareness of CI/CQQ/RQIA National Care Standards and relevant legislation
