Job Title: Clinical Nurse Specialising in Personality Disorder Care

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our Springbank Ward team. This unique service provides exceptional career development opportunities in the recovery-focused care of adults experiencing difficulties associated with a Personality Disorder diagnosis.

The post holder will provide quality evidence-based nursing advice, support, and care for service users with mental and physical health needs and to their carers within a multidisciplinary setting.

Main Duties:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for service users.
  • Identify and contribute to the training needs of junior registered and unregistered staff.
  • Ensure effective communication pathways exist and act within their sphere of responsibility.
