The ideal candidate will have prior experience in fostering and a passion for delivering high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities:- Caseload Management: Manage a diverse caseload involving initial visits, viability assessments, and foster care assessments for applicants, kinship carers, and those seeking Special Guardianship and Child Arrangement Orders.
- Training and Support: Deliver training sessions for prospective foster carers and kinship carers, focusing on building their skills and confidence.
- Collaboration and Partnership: Foster strong relationships with statutory agencies, voluntary organizations, private sector partners, carers, and parents to achieve positive outcomes.
- Knowledge and Compliance: Stay informed about relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Professional Development: Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and stay current with best practices.
Estimated Salary Range:
