Education and Childcare Position Available

We are seeking an experienced Education and Childcare professional to join our team at Bright Horizons Canterbury Day Nursery and Preschool. This role offers a competitive salary of £27,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will have a full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification and previous experience working with children. They will be passionate about making learning fun and engaging for each child, and have the ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of all children.
  2. Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues.
  3. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children in your care.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive work environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential).
  • Previous experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or similar).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with children and adults.
  • Knowledge of Safeguarding and Child Protection policies and procedures.
