We are a small, family-oriented community preschool located in St Albans, Canterbury. Our centre is well-established and places a strong emphasis on fostering a stimulating environment for our Tamariki.

The role of Qualified and experienced early childhood kaiako is for 32 hours per week from Monday to Friday. As a senior leadership team member, you will support our centre manager in providing high-quality early years education.

With a maximum of 35 children supported by 6 teachers, we provide a supportive, engaging, and fun environment for children and teachers. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified and experienced early childhood educator to grow their career and make a real difference in the lives of our Tamariki.

  • A qualified and experienced early childhood educator
  • Tūturu full practicing certificate
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

The estimated salary for this position is between $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive package and opportunities for career growth.
