We are seeking a dedicated Pedagogy and Curriculum Specialist to join our team at Kingsvattanacville. As a key member of our Early Years department, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of young children.

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge in safeguarding and child protection, with a commitment to excellence in maximizing academic and personal achievements.

  • Familiarity with School Management Information Systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office are preferred.
Pedagogy and Curriculum:
  • Strong understanding of child development milestones is essential for this role.
  • An innovative approach to teaching, emphasizing interactions and planning for optimal outcomes, is crucial in this position.
Welfare and Safeguarding:
  • Exemplary knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices is mandatory.
  • Maintaining high standards of care and fostering positive relationships with children and families is a key responsibility.
Partnership with Families and the Wider Community:
  • Building authentic relationships with families is essential for enhanced learning outcomes.
  • Effective communication with parents, providing positive feedback on their child's learning, is vital.

Salary: $30,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Teaching or Education major is required.
  • Early years focus, with language proficiency in English and Khmer, is a must.
