Mental Health Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Perinatal Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Oxford Health NHS Trust. As a Perinatal Mental Health Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to women experiencing mental health issues associated with pregnancy and childbirth.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop personalized care plans for service users.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including health visitors and midwives, to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Provide psychological interventions, family work, and safeguarding support to service users and their families.
- Travel across Oxfordshire to provide clinical services in patients' homes and/or at AMHT clinical bases.
- Hold a relevant professional qualification at diploma or degree level (RMN, SW, OT).
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Appropriate experience in community and mental health settings.
