We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team at Oxford Health NHS Trust. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients and supporting our Trust in achieving its goal of providing outstanding care.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients and carers, ensuring a person-centered and recovery approach.
- Develop effective risk management plans and timely review of risk management plans, identifying opportunities for positive risk taking.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care and support.
- Participate in the co-ordination and management of the ward, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for patients and staff.
- Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams and a strong understanding of clinical risk assessment and management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work calmly and efficiently in a busy and intensive environment.
- Ability to plan and organize the work of Health Care Assistants and understand the principles of Productive Mental Health Wards.
- Knowledge of NSF, Clinical Governance, and latest developments in mental health care.
