We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical Research Nurse who will play a crucial role in the education, growth, and mentorship of both pre-registration students and qualified nursing professionals within our research department.

Our facilities are equipped with advanced technology and resources to support a collaborative and innovative research atmosphere. The successful applicant will primarily operate from our main facility but will also be expected to engage with our satellite locations as needed.

Main Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the organization and execution of clinical training and educational programs for staff and students within a research context.
  • Provide expert supervision grounded in theoretical knowledge and practical experience, sharing specialized insights into clinical research methodologies.
  • Adapt to evolving needs within the practice area, aligning with both local and national strategic objectives.
  • Champion and uphold high standards of patient care, ensuring that these principles are integrated into all new clinical development and training initiatives.
  • Coordinate and deliver on-site support for educational activities aimed at pre-registration learners.
  • Develop and implement personalized development plans tailored to meet the training needs of team members.
  • Exhibit a high level of expertise through active involvement in team development initiatives.
  • Maintain clinical competencies at a leadership level.
  • Ensure a strong clinical presence in treatment areas to provide direct supervision, assessment, and support for new staff and learners across all research facilities.
