Neonatal Staff Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Neonatal Staff Nurse to join our team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to newborn babies and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based nursing care to newborn babies and their families, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, taking into account the needs of the baby and their family.
- Communicate effectively with families, involving them in their baby's care and decision-making.
- Administer medications safely, adhering to unit policy and NMC guidelines.
- Recognize and respond to emergencies, seeking support when required.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement projects, and research.
We are looking for a Registered Children's Nurse, Registered Adult Nurse, or Registered Midwife with:
- Experience in neonatal nursing, preferably in an acute setting.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for neonatal nursing.
