About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mental Health Nurse to join our Community Mental Health Team at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to adults with mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment and evidence-based treatment interventions to adults with mental health conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
  • Supervise and support junior staff members to ensure high-quality care delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new care models and approaches.
  • Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse with current valid professional registration.
  • Postgraduate qualifications in mental health or a related field (desirable).
  • Experience of working in community mental health settings with adults.
  • Strong understanding of clinical governance and professional legal responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
