The successful candidate will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver mental health interventions, assessments, and care planning.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of service users, including assessments, care planning, and delivering interventions.
- Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to provide advice and support to primary healthcare services within the prison.
- Liaise with statutory and non-statutory agencies to provide specialist mental health interventions.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in secure settings and current vetting access. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
