Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients and carers, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
- Develop effective risk management plans and timely review of risk management plans, identifying opportunities for positive risk taking in conjunction with the client, carers/significant others, and the ward team.
- Provide person-centred and recovery-focused care, promoting the well-being and dignity of our patients.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment, adhering to the principles of the Mental Health Act 2007.
- Participate in the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring that they are tailored to the individual needs of our patients.
- Qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse - NMC.
- IT literate and proficient in the use of electronic patient records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, carers, and colleagues.
