Head of Asset Management

At Pear Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Asset Management to join our client's well-established property management team in North London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing property management team to ensure exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the property management department, ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors to resolve escalated issues and complaints effectively.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients on property status and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, managing risk and ensuring health and safety standards are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the property management portfolio.

Requirements:

  • ARLA qualified and experienced in Reapit, Goodlord, and Flixflo.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
