- Proven experience in employee relations, with a strong understanding of UK employment law and best practices.

- Strong influencing and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Deep knowledge of employee relations processes, laws, and best practices in the UK and other countries in EMEA and APAC.
