Visitor Services Team Lead

As a Visitor Services Supervisor with the National Trust for Scotland, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the property and ensuring an exceptional customer experience for all visitors. This includes supervising visitor services, catering, and sales targets, as well as line managing Visitor Services Assistants and volunteers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise visitor services, catering, and sales targets
- Line manage Visitor Services Assistants and volunteers
- Oversee and ensure compliance with sale of alcohol legislation
- Be visible, approachable, and quick to exceed customer expectations
- Work closely with other managers to deliver visitor events and drive secondary spend
- Deputize for the Visitor Services Manager and provide cover for other Visitor Service Supervisors
