We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Senior Mental Health Support Workers, supporting children aged 5-16 with behaviour and mental health issues.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role, working closely with the school's senior management team to develop and implement mental health strategies.
- Job Title: Senior Mental Health Support Worker
- Leadership and Mentoring Opportunities
- Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
- Working Hours: Full-time (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-4pm)
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in SEN and mental health, and be able to demonstrate effective leadership and mentoring skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing a team of mental health support workers
- Developing and implementing mental health strategies to support students
- Collaborating with therapists and psychologists to ensure comprehensive support
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualifications or above
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Counselling)
- Significant experience working with SEN children and/or adults
