About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Youth Mental Wellness Professional to join our team based within the CAMHS Intensive Outreach Team (CIOT). This role involves working in collaboration with NHS colleagues to deliver an Intensive Outreach Service for young people up to 18 years old.

The successful applicant will help develop a robust package of care to support young people in crisis or requiring intensive support. The role requires a creative approach to engage and support young people who are often high risk and have struggled to engage with interventions such as talking therapies. An ability to build therapeutic relationships with young people from a variety of cultures and backgrounds is paramount to this role.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver psychoeducational interventions informed by therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and Systemic Family Therapy.
* Work collaboratively with other professionals to provide a comprehensive service to young people.

Requirements:
* Strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health and well-being.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing needs.
