About the Position

As an Intensive Outreach Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering an Intensive Outreach Service for young people up to 18 years old in collaboration with NHS colleagues. This role requires a strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health and well-being, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful applicant will help develop a robust package of care to support young people in crisis or requiring intensive support. The role involves delivering a variety of psychoeducational interventions informed by therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and Systemic Family Therapy. An ability to work flexibly and respond to changing needs is also essential to this role.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for young people.
* Collaborate with other professionals to provide a comprehensive service to young people.

Requirements:
* Strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health and well-being.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing needs.
