We are currently seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at a specialist school in Smallfield, Surrey.
About the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about supporting students with Autism and associated behavioural and communication difficulties.
Responsibilities:- To provide individualised support to students, enhancing their learning experience.
- To work closely with the Class Teacher, contributing to lesson planning and delivery.
- To maintain accurate records of student progress and attainment.
- To contribute to the development of positive relationships between students, staff, and parents.
- GCSE Maths and English qualification minimum Level 3 / Grade C or equivalent.
- Experience of working in a special school environment.
- Ability to use Team TEACH Training effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
