About the Job:

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, teachers, and parents to ensure seamless communication and support.
  • Collaborate with the SENCo to create personalized learning plans that cater to individual student needs.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents to inform future support strategies.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • A recognized Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience supporting students with SEN.
  • Proven experience working with students with diverse needs, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.
  • Knowledge of National Curriculum guidelines and policies for supporting students with SEN.
  • A strong commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices.
