About the Position:
- Provide individualized support to students with SEN, working closely with the SENCo and teaching staff.
- Contribute to creating a positive and engaging learning environment that promotes academic growth and social development.
- Accurately record and monitor student progress, communicating effectively with teachers and parents to inform future support strategies.
Your Background and Qualifications:
- A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience supporting students with SEN.
- Experience working with students with diverse needs, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.
- Knowledge of National Curriculum guidelines and policies for supporting students with SEN.
- A strong commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices.
