SEN Classroom Assistant

Salary: £42,000 - £60,000 per year based on your experience.
Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Learning Support Professional to join our team. As a Learning Support Professional, you will work closely with the class teacher to develop and implement tailored lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of each student. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and organized learning environment, as well as communicating effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong educational background, preferably in Special Educational Needs. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. A qualification in SEN or a related field is preferred.
