SEN Teaching Support Assistant

Job Description:
Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to work in several Ofsted 'Outstanding' rated schools in Horley. The successful candidate will provide support for Early Years to Key Stage 2 students in both 1:1 and small group settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Class Teachers and staff in delivering lessons and activities to students with SEN
- Provide individualized support to students with SEN in the classroom and during playtime
- Work closely with Special Needs Leaders, Parents, and Outside Agencies to ensure students receive the best possible support
- Use initiative to adapt and develop activities to meet the needs of students with SEN
Requirements:
- Experience working with students with SEN
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Calm and consistent approach
- Ability to work flexibly as part of a team
