Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Teaching Support Professional to join our team at our specialist school in Surrey. As a key member of staff, you will work closely with the Class Teacher to support the day-to-day running of the class, promoting the wellbeing and education of our students with Autism and associated difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting pupils with their learning and wellbeing
  • Promoting independence and personal development
  • Assisting the Class Teacher in the day-to-day running of the class
  • Responding to the changing needs of the school

Requirements:
  • GCSE Maths and English qualification (minimum Level 3)
  • Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (desirable)
  • Experience working in a special school environment (desirable)
