Sales and Business Growth Manager

This is a unique chance to join KD Recruitment Limited as a Sales Manager, instrumental in shaping the company's direction and sales strategy. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission and lead a small team.
Key Responsibilities:- Set and work towards targets and KPIs, monitoring team performance and reporting to the Managing Director.
- Create a sales and marketing strategy for the business and implement it effectively.
- Manage the marketing of the business on social media and attend local events.
- Recruit, coach, train, and develop a small team.
- Conduct one-to-ones, appraisals, and handle grievances or disciplinaries if necessary.
- Foster excellent customer relationships through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and emails.
- Offer advice and guidance to customers, recommending the right trailer for their needs and providing accurate quotes.
- Negotiate sales with customers, upsell service plans and parts to meet KPI targets.
- Arrange trailer and part deliveries for customers, liaising with them throughout the process.
- Prior sales experience from a customer-facing role.
- Proven ability to set sales strategies and achieve targets/KPIs.
- Experience in people management and training.
- Exceptional customer service skills and experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Full driving license and willingness to tow trailers when needed.
- A competitive commission-based salary with an estimated OTE of up to £60,000.
