About the Role

Ardeta Search is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join a leading industrial services provider specialising in engineering solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to drive business growth, forge strong client relationships, and shape the future of a well-established business operating nationally and internationally.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Promote and support cross-selling opportunities such as maintenance contracts, inspections, and on-call services.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and emerging customer needs.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records and updates using CRM systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • A proven track record in B2B sales or business development within technical, engineering, or industrial sectors.
  • Experience negotiating contracts and delivering solutions for capital equipment or service agreements.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • A technical background or experience in industries like engineering, manufacturing, or facilities management.
