About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Strategic Engineering Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing relationships with key clients, and ensuring we deliver exceptional recruitment services to meet their engineering hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development – Identify and target new business opportunities, managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Clients Relationship Management – Develop strong connections with decision-makers in the engineering industry, from manufacturers to suppliers, and establish Venatu as their preferred recruitment partner.
  • Strategy & Leadership – Create and implement business development strategies to drive growth within the engineering sector.
  • Client-Centric Approach – Ensure exceptional service and understanding of client needs to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
