Recruitment Sales and Marketing Professional for Key Accounts

About the Job Description
">This Employer Engagement Consultant position involves working with employers in South Yorkshire to help them achieve their recruitment goals. We are looking for someone with previous sales or recruitment experience who can develop and implement effective strategies to engage with employers.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop and implement business development strategies to engage with employers and drive sales growth.
- Pursue direct marketing/sales activity through digital channels, telephone, and in-person interactions.
- Attend key stakeholder events to build relationships and promote our services.
- Analyse market trends to identify key employers and sectors, and source suitable vacancies through direct employer sales and customer reverse marketing sales activity.
- Advertise vacancies internally (and externally where appropriate) in a clear and concise manner, ensuring all relevant systems are updated daily.
Requirements:
">- A flexible approach to work, including willingness to travel and occasional unsociable hours.
- Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities, with excellent stakeholder management.
- Recent experience working to challenging targets within a sales environment, with a keen focus on KPIs.
Salary:
">£32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
