Sales Representative

This role involves identifying opportunities to introduce new products to existing accounts and winning new customers. As a field-based sales professional, you will be responsible for visiting hospitals on your patch, selling procedure packs and other supplies to surgeons, clinicians, and theatre staff.

- Winning new customers
The ideal candidate will have some clinical or sales experience in the Operating Theatre environment, but this is not essential. We are happy to consider a graduate at an early stage of their sales career looking to break into medical sales. The successful candidate will be a relationship builder who can challenge and influence the customer, confident to engage with and influence the customer, commercially minded, and wanting to progress their career with a business on the up.
The salary for this role is approximately £38,500 - £43,500 per annum, including bonuses, Company Car/allowance, and Pension. Benefits include 25 days holiday + bank holidays, Company Car/Car Allowance, and Pension.
