**About the Job:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Purchasing Administrator to join our team at Options Resourcing Limited in Southam.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with previous experience in purchasing or procurement to provide administration support to our buying team.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, communicating with suppliers, and ensuring that all goods arrive on schedule.
  • As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in purchasing and procurement.

About You:

  • We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organizational skills, who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • You should have previous experience in a similar role and be proficient in using software such as Sage Accounts and Microsoft Office.
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively are essential for this position.

Benefits:

  • The salary for this position is up to £26,500 per annum.
  • You will also receive private medical insurance after a successful probationary period, annual bonus based on company performance, and 31 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays).
  • In addition, you will be enrolled in our auto-enrolment pension scheme.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the buying team.
  2. Maintain accurate records and communicate with suppliers.
  3. Ensure that all goods arrive on schedule and resolve any discrepancies.
  4. Develop your skills and knowledge in purchasing and procurement.

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
