We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Care and Support Professionals to join our team as Care Assistants. With a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for providing holistic care and support, encompassing physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Assisting with personal care tasks, medication administration, meal preparation, housekeeping, and accurate record keeping are just some of the key responsibilities of this role.
  • Flexibility is essential, as you will be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure our clients receive the best possible care and support.

  • Holiday pay, increasing with hours worked, including an additional week after 10 years of service.
  • Loyalty bonuses: 25p/hour raise after 1 year, 50p after 3 years, 75p after 5 years.
