Role Summary:
The Client Advisor will play a key role in driving sales and achieving individual results at our Wholesale Corner at Selfridges London. They will support the maintenance of the store's visual merchandising standards and participate in BOH organisation and procedures implementation as well as replenishment/transfer activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strong knowledge of the collection and ability to provide insights on fabrics and products specificities;
• Drives Sales, achieving individual results and contributing to the team ones;
• Maximises sales opportunity leveraging cross-selling;
• Supports BOH organisation and procedures implementation as well as replenishment/transfer activities;
• Supports the maintenance of the store's visual merchandising standards;
Requirements:
• Previous experience in sales roles;
• Experience in structured luxury fashion/retail companies is a plus;
• Previous international experience both in professional and non-professional contexts;
• Passion for retail, client service, and the luxury fashion industry;
• Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity;
• Strong communication skills;
• Willingness to evolve in the organisation;
• Fluency & sophistication in English, another language is a plus;
