Role Overview

As a Luxury Partnerships Development Manager at Selfridges, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. Your focus will be on identifying and developing new opportunities that amplify the Selfridges brand messaging across physical and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development within the premium/luxury sector, with experience working with high-end brands to secure and nurture partnerships. Strong problem-solving skills, data analysis capabilities, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

The estimated salary for this position is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience. Selfridges offers a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive pay, career progression opportunities, and a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a clear partnership sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and target potential partners that align with Selfridges brand values and customer objectives.
  • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements while staying aligned with relationships owned by the marketing managers and Buying team.
  • Plan and align partner activity with the Selfridges Master Calendar and integrated marketing plan to ensure cohesive customer messaging.
