About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team in Greater London/Home Counties. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver profitable revenues and enhance customer experiences.
  • Qualify and quantify customer needs in AV, event technology, and related technical services.
  • Create and execute sales strategies to penetrate new and existing accounts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistent progress with each account, moving from vendor status to trusted advisor and buy/sell hierarchy.
Operational and Technical Support
  • Communicate technical needs effectively with clients and internal partners.
  • Review quotes for compliance with company policies.
  • Understand product offerings and communicate customer needs cross-functionally.
  • Partner with operations and production teams to maximise client satisfaction and event profitability.
Your Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of sales and business development experience in AV, UC, events, or a related industry. Key skills include:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to create and execute customised account plans.
  • Experience networking targeted customers at industry events.
  • CRM experience.
  • Strong focus on achieving financial targets.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • In-depth understanding of modern workspace, AV, and UC collaboration industry.
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this role is £50,000-£60,000 plus bonuses and benefits based in Greater London/Home Counties.
