Conversion Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Conversion Manager to join our team at Humankind Global Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in driving conversion lift and maximizing commercial returns for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize conversion rates and improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute A/B and multivariate testing, new landing page builds, and conversion journeys.
- Own specific KPIs within defined areas of influence in the conversion funnel and customer lifecycle.
- Analyze customer behaviors, conversion metrics, and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead the design, implementation, and measurement of our conversion optimization roadmap and activities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in conversion rate optimization and digital marketing.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in CRO and/or digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing.
- Proven track record of ideating, implementing, and scaling CRO programs.
- Strong customer-centric approach to optimization, with experience in UX, UI, and digital design for conversion best practices.
- Experience with industry-leading optimization tools, such as Optimizely, Google Optimize, or Omniconvert.
- Ability to work closely with data, independently, interpret, and present data in engaging and meaningful ways.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple marketing projects simultaneously within a complex organization.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Hybrid working model (2 days a week in office).
- Ability to travel internationally as required (10% or less).
