Job Title: Conversion Optimization Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Conversion Optimization Manager to join our team at Humankind Global Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through data-driven decision making and customer-centric optimization strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement conversion optimization strategies to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other optimization initiatives.
  • Analyze customer behavior and conversion metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven recommendations.
  • Lead the design and implementation of the company's conversion optimization roadmap and activities.
  • Work closely with other marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in CRO and/or digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of ideating, implementing, and scaling CRO programs.
  • Strong customer-centric approach to optimization, with experience in UX, UI, and digital design for conversion best practices.
  • Experience with industry-leading optimization tools, such as Optimizely, Google Optimize, or Omniconvert.
  • Ability to work closely with data, independently, interpret, and present data in engaging and meaningful ways.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple marketing projects simultaneously within a complex organization.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Hybrid working model (2 days a week in office).
  • Ability to travel internationally as required (10% or less).
