Smile White is revolutionizing the UK dental industry with innovative clear aligners and teeth-whitening treatments. Our mission is to redefine the way people straighten their teeth and improve their smiles. We're seeking a highly analytical and data-driven CRO Executive to join our team and drive business growth through data-driven decision making.

As a CRO Executive, you will play a critical role in optimizing our website and digital touchpoints to enhance user experience and drive higher conversions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing website performance data, user behavior, and conversion funnels to identify opportunities for optimization
  • Developing and executing A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates across various digital channels
  • Collaborating with the wider team to implement successful optimization strategies
  • Optimizing landing pages, product pages, and other key areas to enhance user experience and increase conversions
  • Staying up-to-date with CRO best practices, trends, and tools, sharing knowledge with the wider team

We're looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in a CRO role or similar digital optimization position
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing, multivariate testing, and conversion optimization techniques
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Optimizely, Mouseflow, or similar CRO platforms
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in UX/UI design and understanding of how design impacts user behavior is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
