Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Conversion Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our CRO team, you'll work closely with us to identify conversion opportunities on client platforms, develop solutions, and oversee the implementation of these solutions as AB tests.

What are we looking for in a candidate?

  • At least 2 years of experience in running CRO projects
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to make quick decisions in response to changing conditions
  • Open, transparent, and authentic, with a willingness to give and accept feedback
