About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Conversion Strategist to join our team at Humankind Global Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Develop and implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze customer behavior, conversion metrics, and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and inform marketing strategies.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Customer Experience Optimization: Design and implement customer experience optimization initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Performance Marketing: Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns to drive conversions and revenue.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing teams, including retention, affiliates, SEO, traditional media, digital media, social media, and referrals.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reporting and analysis on marketing performance to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on CRO and performance marketing.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex data insights.
  • Tools and Technologies: Experience with industry-leading optimization tools, such as Optimizely, Google Optimize, Omniconvert, and Unbounce.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Work Environment: Hybrid working model, with 2 days per week in the office.
  • Travel: Ability to travel internationally as required (10% or less).
