As a UX Strategist, you will be responsible for providing strategic insights and recommendations to clients for a variety of digital products and services that the wider CTI Digital Group offer through multiple brand names and service departments.

You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to research and analyse data and then use the insight gathered to develop strategic recommendations that will inform the design of user experiences that meet business goals.

This role will suit someone who is passionate about using data and user insights to drive our clients forward in a strategic and user-centred manner and who wants to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment on a wide range of projects.

**What will my day look like?**:

- Conduct user research and analyse data to identify user needs, friction and pain points, and behaviour
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including strategists, designers, business analysts, and developers to create experiences that meet business goals
- Create user personas, user journeys, and experience maps to illustrate user needs and behaviours, and rationalise recommendations
- Develop and present strategic recommendations to stakeholders that will inform the design of user experiences
- Facilitate workshops and lead stakeholder conversations
- Lead design sprints to ideate and validate design solutions
- Conduct usability testing and user validation to ensure designs meet user needs and expectations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform and evolve UX strategy

**Key Skills & Qualities**:

- 5+ years’ experience in UX strategy, digital strategy, design, or related field
- Demonstrated experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research and analysing data to inform design decisions
- Experience in producing UX planning and information architecture deliverables such as user flows and sitemaps
- Experience developing and presenting strategic recommendations to stakeholders
- Experience with design thinking and workshop facilitation
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of UX design principles and best practices
- Experience with UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
