About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Operations Lead to join our dynamic team at Sportlabs Technology. As the primary point of contact for our global customer service team, you will be responsible for driving strategies to improve service excellence and foster exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and success, with proven experience in using data to analyze and drive growth. You will work closely with our partners and/or their customers to sell, onboard, and grow the usage of our product, as well as optimize and improve the usage and engagement of the platform with existing customers through customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer service excellence and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer complaints and issues.

Requirements:
  • Proven customer success experience.
  • Previous experience of using a CRM and providing comprehensive monthly reports.
  • Customer-centric attitude, always willing to help and finds it easy to build relationships.
  • Analytical thinker, confident using data and insights to drive plans and actions.
  • Proven line management experience, including developing, coaching, and progressing the team to drive performance and customer experience.
