Customer Experience Lead

If so, we'd love to hear from you As a Store Operations Manager at Screwfix Direct Ltd, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, improving store performance, and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional results. You'll work closely with our management team to develop and implement strategies that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement store strategies to drive sales growth and improve performance
- Lead and motivate your team to achieve outstanding results
- Manage store operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in retail management or a related field
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
What We Offer
- Competitive salary £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
- 28 days annual leave (increasing to 33 days with length of service)
