As a Customer Experience Transformation Lead at Capgemini Invent, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clients' businesses by leveraging digital customer experience technologies. With a strong background in customer-centric transformation delivery, you will lead multidisciplinary teams to drive innovation and provide significant opportunities for our clients to outperform the market.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Leverage digital customer experience technologies, including CRM and GenAI, to deliver leading edge solutions.
- Develop and implement customer-centric strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to navigate complex change roadmaps and balance business change with technology change.
