Civil Engineering Environmental Compliance Role

Austin Fraser is currently seeking a dedicated Environmental Compliance Specialist to support their Civil Engineering Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and implementing sustainable practices across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with the Environment Agency to update the team on progress and address queries from the Environment Agency where required.
  • Brief the EVT project team on the conditions of the Consent once agreed.
  • Carry out assurance visits during discharge activities and report concerns immediately to the Project Director and HSE Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Environmental degree or relevant discipline.
  • Proven track record of obtaining environmental consents and licenses.

The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £90,000 per annum.
